Refund Policy

Overview
At Vytal Fit, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within [insert number, e.g. 14 or 30] days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

  • Personalized or used products

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider

  • Contact your bank (processing time may vary)

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact us.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
